  • BRIDES IN THE PARK – Meet and get fit with other brides. Our small group sessions are held in convenient locations around Brisbane such as the beautiful Roma Street Parklands. They’re a great way to start the morning or end the day, make friends and have fun while exercising. Our group sessions offer all the benefits of a Bootcamp, without the yelling, screaming, warcries, sand and dirt!
  • BRIDAL PARTY SHAPE UP– A series of personal training sessions with you and your bridesmaids, Mum or any other member of your bridal party might be just what you all need to relax, energise and look gorgeous in time for the wedding.
  • COUPLE PROGRAMS – If you and your hubby-to-be want to tone up and get in shape before the big day, a personalised couple program might be just what you both need to shape up while spending quality time together!
  • GIFT CERTIFICATES – Do you know someone who wants to trim and tone, but doesn’t know where to start? A Your Move gift certificate is the perfect way to trial a session or two with other brides while obtaining a free consultation and bridal fitness assessment.
  • GIRLS’ WEEKEND RETREATS – Escape the city with your girlfriends, sisters and mums for a relaxing weekend retreat in the mountains. Focusing on health and wellbeing for your mind, body and soul, you will enjoy great food, excellent company and relaxing activities such as rainforest walks, Pilates and massages.
