Q1. I don’t have the energy to exercise, but I want to lose weight, how do I make myself?
A1. Regular exercise increases energy and reduces fatigue.
So, as much as you may not feel like it at first, schedule your exercise into your diary, set your alarm and just get stuck into it, soon you won’t want to miss a session.
And a great thing about exercising in groups or with your very own trainer; there will be people waiting for you, and if you do miss a session you will be asked where you were, and I’ll even give you a call to make sure you are on your way.
Q2. I only have 4 weeks until my wedding, is it worth me starting to exercise now?
A2. The short answer is YES.
Within 4 weeks you will start to notice changes in your body. You will become shapelier and toned, and with a sensible nutritious eating plan you will lose body fat. And not only that, you will have more energy and be less stressed. And who doesn’t need that leading up to your big day?
Q3. I’m on a really tight wedding budget and I’m not sure I can afford it.
A3. We offer several different packages that include 1 on 1 training, group training or a combination of the two, and you are able to conveniently pay by the week using our direct debit payment plan.
So, depending on your budget and the results you wish to achieve there is an option to suit everyone.
Please remember that exercise is vital to your health, and without your health you will not be able to function at your best, and on your wedding day, you want to be looking and feeling your absolute best.
Q4. I’m really unfit, will I be able to keep up?
A4. One on one personal training is exactly that. Each session will be planned according to your needs, health, exercise history and goals. Each group session will cater for all fitness levels. So, no matter how fit or unfit you feel, every session will give you the opportunity to go as hard or as easy on yourself as you want.
The great thing about exercising in a group environment is the camaraderie, you will find everyone very supportive, and in no time at all you will be achieving exercise milestones you never thought possible
Q5. Do I have to be a bride to be?
A5. No, not at all.
Your Move can design an exercise plan for anyone. We’re here to make women feel comfortable and confident to exercise. We love seeing our clients achieve their goals and exceed their own expectations.
On the bridal front, get all your special people involved in your exercise mission. We can organise private group sessions with the bride, bridesmaids and mothers of the bride, and everyone will look amazing in the photos.
Q6. My wedding is over, can I still keep training with you?
A6. Most certainly! In fact why would you want to let all your amazing results slip through your fingers?
