Anne’s Weekly Update – Her Journey to Health & Weight Loss

Welcome to the first weekly video diary from Anne.  Anne is training with Sharon from Your Move and has agreed to share with everyone all the ups and downs she experiences while on her journey to become fit and healthy.

Each week Anne will be letting us know what she may have struggled with, what she’s enjoyed, how she’s found her training and eating habits, and we will all get to watch as she transforms her body and her life.

This week Anne has discovered the benefit of keeping a food diary. This has been something she has admitted to struggling with, so well done Anne.  Documenting everything that you eat and drink and noting how you feel and your energy levels can be an excellent way to see what works for you and what might be letting you down. It is important to be completely honest with yourself and make no excuses, this will be the only way you’ll start to see results.

Anne has also realised that even though losing weight is an important goal, it is adopting a lifestyle that is going to sustain her health and vitality long term that holds the most importance.
